What are your policies as far as COVID-19?
We understand that we are living in extremely unpredictable times, and will do everything we can to work with any changes you need to make due to COVID-19 related circumstances. If you decide to postpone your wedding, we are very flexible, and will happily alter your contract to your new date if we are still available. If we are not available on your new date, we will fully refund your deposit, and do our best to point you in the direction of another videographer! If you choose to cancel your wedding, we will also refund your deposit. This is such an unfair time for all the couples out there planning weddings, and we'll do everything we can to make it a smoother experience!
When will I get my video?
We do our best to get videos out to our couples as soon as we possibly can. You can expect to hear from us within six to eight weeks via email with a link to your highlight video. If you selected a package with the ceremony, speech or dance videos, you will be receiving these on a flash drive in the mail soon after. Depending on our workload, delivery times will vary. Weddings outside peak season can expect a quicker turnaround. If you need a quicker turnaround, please let us know in advance, and we will work with you to meet the deadline!
Do you travel?
Absolutely! It's encouraged, actually. Check out our all-inclusive destination package here.
How do you coordinate with photographers?
We love connecting with new photographers, and have made some great relationships along the way. There is no need for this to be on your radar of wedding concerns. We are very laid-back "fly on the wall" videographers, and tend to blend in while the photographers do their thing. We may direct a shot or two if you're up for it, but other than that, we're all about the candids!
